Corrupt California Judge Socrates Peter Manoukian Bribery and Fraudulent Real Estate Transactions

Santa Clara County, California Superior Court Judge Socrates Manoukian and his wife, Judge Patricia Bamratte Manoukian have tons of real estate holdings all over California ( & possibly Nevada) from free bank mortgages. The rates of these loans & aggregate amounts are not available to the general public and violate federal guidelines.  This appears to be BRIBERY BY THE BANKS. ( His judicial record shows he rules on the side of banks almost always on issues regarding foreclosures. )  See Also: Bamattre Family Trust

Please contact the Internal Revenue Service and ask them to Audit Judge Socrates Peter Manoukian

These real estate transactions are not listed on Judge Socrates Manoukian's financial disclosure forms. (700 form) which from what I understand, must be filed annually. I'm told this is Felony Fraud though I do not understand all of the legal technicalities involved. The special deals he is offered for these purchases are not available to the general public & he is told in advance of their availability & pays pennies on the dollar.  It is sort of like insider trading.   (The hyperlinks above show only a few of these real estate transactions.)
